FAQs
01
Would I still need to retain a Lawyer?
Yes - Divorce coaching is not a substitute for legal counsel, particularly if the divorce proceedings are or will be in motion. It is however a valuable companion that provides a lower cost access to information and training necessary to navigate the divorce.
02
Do you only coach dads or men?
Not at all – While my personal experience is one of a divorcing father my services are beneficial to either party regardless of gender identity, role or family construct.
03
How do I prepare for divorce coaching sessions?
While not a prerequisite, having a clear understanding of your financial situation and specific goals is beneficial. This would help maximize our time together and ensure that our discussions are tailored to your unique needs and concerns.
04
Is divorce coaching only for those initiating the divorce?
No - whether initiating the divorce or responding to it, I work with clients at various stages, helping them cope with financial impacts, communicate effectively, and make decisions that align with their values and goals.
05
Is divorce coaching confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a priority. Your privacy and the information shared during our sessions are treated with the utmost respect and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent or where required by law.
06
Do you offer in-person or remote coaching sessions
I offer both in-person and remote coaching sessions to accommodate your preferences and location. My clients tend to enjoy the flexibility of remote sessions as they allow them to connect seamlessly after work hours and on weekends.
